At Fine Girl, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
